What we collect

Your account details (name, email) and the creatives, PDFs and reference files you upload so LYNCE can check them. We also record basic usage needed to run and improve the service.

How we use it

Uploaded files are used only to produce your review. Account and usage data is used to operate LYNCE, keep it secure, and support you.

Storage and processing

LYNCE uses infrastructure and AI-processing providers to store and process data. Retention depends on the feature and account state. Where deletion controls are available, deleting a scan removes the associated files and shared report from the LYNCE workspace.

Your control

You can delete scans from your workspace. Contact us if you need help accessing, exporting or deleting account data.
