Who operates LYNCE
LYNCE is operated by Velon Media Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. These terms are an agreement between you and Velon Media Limited.
Using LYNCE
LYNCE helps you review creatives and documents before they go live. You're responsible for the content you upload and for the final decision to publish, send or print it.
Plans, credits and the free trial
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout. Each plan includes a number of credits for each billing period: one image, or one analysed page of a PDF, uses one credit, and briefs and reference files use none. A scan uses its credits when it runs. A scan that fails on our side is not charged, and deleting a scan later does not return the credits it used. Unused credits do not carry over to the next period. Every plan starts with a free trial: it requires a card, includes a week's share of the plan's credits, and becomes a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel. Each person, and each card, can have one free trial.
Changing or cancelling your plan
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Billing. An upgrade takes effect immediately and the difference for the rest of the billing period is charged then; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. Changing plan during the free trial ends the trial and starts the new plan's first paid period that day. Cancelling during the free trial ends it immediately: nothing is charged, and the remaining trial credits are removed. Cancelling a paid plan stops it renewing: the plan and its credits stay available until the end of the period already paid for, and nothing further is charged. We do not refund part of a billing period, except where the law requires it. After cancelling, your account, past scans and reports remain available.
Assistive review: not 100%
LYNCE uses automated AI review. It is an assistive tool and is not 100% accurate: it can miss real errors, and it can flag things that are not errors. No scan is guaranteed to be complete, correct or exhaustive, and a clean report does not mean a creative is error-free.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from using LYNCE. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velon Media Limited is not liable for losses arising from reliance on scan results, including errors a scan missed or findings that turn out to be wrong. Always complete your own final human review and approval before publishing or production.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant LYNCE the permission needed to process your files and produce your review. When you share a report, anyone with the link can view it, including the creatives in it, until you delete the scan; share links only with people you mean to see the work.
Acceptable use
Don't use LYNCE for unlawful content or in ways that infringe others' rights or disrupt the service.
Fair use and suspension
We apply limits that keep LYNCE reliable for everyone, such as how quickly scans can be started and how much reference material a workspace can add each day. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or is used to obtain repeated free trials.
