Who operates LYNCE
LYNCE is operated by Velon Media Limited, a company registered in Cyprus. These terms are an agreement between you and Velon Media Limited.
Using LYNCE
LYNCE helps you review creatives and documents before they go live. You're responsible for the content you upload and for the final decision to publish, send or print it.
Assistive review: not 100%
LYNCE uses automated AI review. It is an assistive tool and is not 100% accurate: it can miss real errors, and it can flag things that are not errors. No scan is guaranteed to be complete, correct or exhaustive, and a clean report does not mean a creative is error-free.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from using LYNCE. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velon Media Limited is not liable for losses arising from reliance on scan results, including errors a scan missed or findings that turn out to be wrong. Always complete your own final human review and approval before publishing or production.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant LYNCE the permission needed to process your files and produce your review.
Acceptable use
Don't use LYNCE for unlawful content or in ways that infringe others' rights or disrupt the service.
